It all started back in 2017, right here in Norway, when our founders Øystein and Mariann realised workplace training needed a serious upgrade if people are to learn new skills fast enough moving into the future.

Fast forward to today, and we're thrilled to say we're doing exactly that! Our team of creative problem-solvers, tech wizards, and learning enthusiasts have poured their hearts into building Vignita: a training platform designed to make life at work (and learning at work) a whole lot simpler.
